With the success of the original Pitfall created by game design legend, David Crane, many sequels have graced us over the years. One of the highly acclaimed sequels, Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure, released for the Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo and other classic platforms was received with open arms and got wide spread positive reviews. Welcome to another edition of RetroRewind! Today we take a look at an interesting promotion that Renovation offered for there Sega CD title "Revenge of the Ninja". Back in 1994 Renovation ported over a Japanese arcade game called "Ninja Hayate" to the Sega CD in the US and changed the name to Revenge of the Ninja. The game featured FMV and gameplay to that of Dragon's Lair.
